VIRTUOZZO POWER PANEL
Top horizontal management bar: You can easy "Start", "Stop", "Restart" or "Suspend" VPS account from the top bar horizontal menu. There is also option to "Update Container software" and to "Cutomize Desctop".
Left vertical bar: From this menu you can "Change password", to "Use File Manager", to do "Maintaince", to manage "Resources", to manage "Aplications", to configure "Packages" and to install "Control Panels".

CHOISE OF LINUX OS
We use CentOS on our servers and we recommend you to install it on your VPS Hosting plan. But you can also choose Fedora, Core, Suse or Debian.
