Money Back Guarantee

Host Color offers extended money back guarantee policy. We add 15 days to standard "30 Days Money Back Guarantee" that usually applies to Shared Hosting services. We have offered you the opportunity to get your money back within 45 days after you have signed up with our web hosting services, because we want to make sure you feel comfortable as Host Color customer.

Shared Hosting

All Shared Hosting service are refundable, excluding any set-up fees and/or one time fees that might apply. If a customer requested a third party software, service or products and purchased them through Host Color, they are non-refundable. If any customer was granted a monthly payment cycle, no refunds apply. Otherwise a 45-day money back guarantee applies to all annual Web Hosting subscriptions.

Reseller Accounts

15 - 30 days money back guarantee applies to all Reseller Hosting Accounts.

VPS Hosting

A 15 day money back guarantee applies to VPS Hosting plans. However if the customer has used the VPS for more than 7 days, one is not eligible for refund. The reason is that we consider the VPS service as used. All monthly payments for VPs hosting services made after the fist service month are non-refundable. Cancellations must be submitted 7 days before the end of the monthly billing cycle.

Dedicated Hosting

The refund policy of our Dedicated Hosting service depend on the contract you signed with Host Color. Please note that all customers of ours who sign one or two year contacts are eligible to get a better terms and amended Service Level agreement (SLA).

All Dedicated Hosting services that are delivered as a part of our general policy are bound by our standard Money Back Guarantee rules, which means you can cancel service up to 30 days after the sign up. All dedicated servers are paid on monthly basis. So if you want to cancel a dedicated hosting service, please be advised that the best time to do this is 7 days before the end of your billing cycle.

Domain Registration Fees

The Domain registration fees are non-refundable. The money you pay for the domain name go to ICANN accredited registrars and their policy is not to issue a refund for already registered domain names.

The domain however is yours and you can either transfer it outside Host Color or to keep it as a part of your service portfolio with our company.

Website Services & Products

Orders submitted for website products such as SSL Certificates, Dedicated IP Addresses, and services such as Color SEO and Fast SEO are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Please login to you Account Management Zone, create support ticket and ask your order to be refunded. We issue refunds with 24 hours after the request is submitted.
