	OSTICKET CUSTOMER SUPPORT SYSTEM osTicket offers integrattion of tickets created via email and web based forms into a simple and elegant multi-user web interface. It has 4 main sections - “Tickets”, “Knowledgebase”, “Directory”, and “My Account”. “Tickets” collects information about all correspondence between company and its customers. There are 2 subcategories “Open tickets” and “Closed tickets”. They collect history of the emails and messages..
	DEDICATED IP You can request your Dedicated IP by login in into your pZone (Personal customer center). Please note that we provide IP only if you need one for an e-commerce and SEO purposes. To avoid spam we provide this free feature for trusted customers of Host Color.
	ANTISPAM Type number between 0 and 10 in your "Mail Spam Protection" box. You'll find it in "Mail" section of your hosting Control panel. 0 (Zero) means your mail server will stop any e-mail message coming to your address. 10 will let all in. We suggest you to use numbers between 4 and 6. .
	ANTIVIRUS When you go to "Mail" section open "Mail Virus Protection" box. There is a filed where you can specify all extensions recognized as "Virus risky".
